PSF Mt. Zion is a part of the world famous Pedigo Submission Fighting team under Heath Pedigo. We train fighters, competitors, and hobbyists. Instructors are Ronnie Putnam, Sun-Yoon Karas, and Konnir Hinz. We offer Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA, and wrestling academy. We offer women’s only classes including instructors.
